    The College of Engineering seeks applicants for the position of Coordinator of Stewardship and Donor Relations. The Coordinator of Stewardship and Donor Relations is a member of the central advancement team and will be primarily responsible for providing service to the Departments of Aerospace Engineering; Bioengineering; Industrial & Enterprise Systems Engineering; Materials Science & Engineering; Nuclear, Plasma & Radiological Engineering and Physics. The position will manage strategic programs and processes that will foster and sustain long-term meaningful relations between the Departments, their donors and the College of Engineering. The position reports to the Senior Director of Constituent Engagement who reports to the College of Engineering Associate Dean for Advancement.

  • Assistant Director of Annual Giving Communications

    OFFICE OF THE VICE CHANCELLOR FOR INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT

    The Assistant Director of Annual Giving Communications is responsible for crafting consistent and compelling solicitation and stewardship messages for the campus and for units. Additionally, the Associate Director of Annual Giving Communications integrates these messages into print and electronic campaigns to solicit and steward annual gifts from alumni and friends. As a member of the Illinois Annual Fund team, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving Communications assists with the planning and implementation of campus and unit annual giving campaigns.

  • Assistant Director/Associate Director of Talent Management

    OFFICE OF THE VICE CHANCELLOR FOR INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT

    This position serves as a member of the talent management group for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement (OVCIA) and will play a critical role in the design and execution of a comprehensive professional development program in order to attract, engage, and retain advancement staff. The Assistant Director/Associate Director will work with talent management staff, OVCIA leadership, and unit Chief Advancement Officers in order to identify and arrange suitable training solutions for advancement professionals and actively search and implement effective methods to enhance performance, career development and employee retention efforts.
